Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of clerical experience preferred.
• Clear, pleasant speaking voice and demeanor.
• Fluent reading, writing, speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers.
• Greet visitors and help them find destinations.
• Take and deliver messages to staff.
• Provide general information and directions.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
• Assist with filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Maintain a welcoming community area and coffee bar.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
