Job summary

U-Haul in Sioux Falls, SD is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face of our service team. You will assist customers with U-Haul products and services, operate U-Scan technology to manage rentals, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

You will inspect equipment, answer questions, and process invoices in a fast-paced environment. We offer on-the-job education and a compensation package aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
