Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of its exceptional service, assisting customers with products and services and managing rentals with mobile U-Scan technology.

You will inspect and maintain equipment, move and hook up trucks, and participate in ongoing U-Haul education. The role offers on-the-job training and paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to help customers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort with technology and using mobile tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, inspect equipment.
• Fill propane and drive a forklift (certifications offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
