Job summary

U-Haul in Aberdeen, SD seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our trusted service team. You will assist customers, dispatch and return equipment using U-Scan, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers at the Aberdeen center.

You will inspect equipment, answer questions, and educate customers on products. A hands-on interview process and on-the-job training accompany this role within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, education verified.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns; install hitches and wiring.
