Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Representative in Sioux City, IA to assist customers with products and services, operate U-Scan tech for rentals, and manage equipment movement and inspection. You will educate customers and process invoices and returns.

Position offers on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, and benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans. Certification for hitching, propane filling, and forklift operation is available after employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns of equipment.
