Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 5–7 years of HR experience in a generalist or broad HR role.
• Proven HRBP experience supporting business leaders directly.
• Strong employee and labor relations experience including investigations.
• Knowledge of federal and California employment laws (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA).

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive employee and labor relations support to managers and leaders across multiple units.
• Conduct investigations and manage performance improvement plans and separations.
• Advise leaders on HR policies and California and federal compliance.
• Support organizational changes, workforce planning, onboarding, and training.
• Administer HRIS, LMS, Excel, and reporting tools to maintain records and analyze data.
• Draft HR communications and coordinate with HR specialists in benefits, recruiting, payroll, and operations.
