Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Human Resource Director in Fresno, CA to lead HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, safety, and HR operations across its manufacturing footprint.

The role partners with executive leadership to align people initiatives with business goals, drive HR process improvements, and support a positive employee experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Lead national or multi-site HR strategy, policy development, compliance, and HR operations.
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration, reporting, HRIS, and employee documentation.
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, safety, risk management, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Advise leadership, managers, and employees on employee relations matters and HR policies.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, enrollment, reporting, and HRIS processes.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Establish and monitor HR KPIs, audits, and HR reporting.
