Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of professional fresh pasta production experience required.
• Experience producing both filled and unfilled fresh pasta strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen fundamentals.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to follow recipes, production lists, and direction accurately.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Prepare fresh pasta and pasta doughs according to established recipes and specifications.
• Produce a variety of fresh pastas, including filled, cut, rolled, and extruded pasta.
• Accurately scale, mix, roll, shape, cut, and portion pasta.
• Prepare pasta fillings, sauces, and supporting mise en place.
• Maintain consistent quality, portioning, and presentation.
• Organize and maintain the pasta production area.
• Follow proper food-safety, sanitation, labeling, and storage procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Communicate effectively with the pasta team and broader kitchen staff.
• Assist with additional AM prep and kitchen production as needed.
