Delaware North’s Lincoln Ristorante in New York, NY is seeking a full-time Pasta Production Cook for the morning shift. You will assist with pasta prep, portioning, and plating, while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in a fast-paced dining environment.

Daily responsibilities include following recipes, coordinating with the Chef, and ensuring safety and sanitation compliance. The role offers weekly pay and benefits as part of a comprehensive package.

Formación

• Prior food preparation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets.
• Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment).
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Day shift - morning availability required on weekdays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with pasta preparation, including mixing, rolling, cutting, storing, and labeling fresh pasta while ensuring consistency and product quality.
• Retrieve necessary storage items and measure, portion, and prepare all food items, complying with all quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures
• Communicate with the Chef for any special instructions or training
• Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
• Follow all safety, security, kitchen, and ServSafe procedures, upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time morning shift (AM) Pasta Production Cook for the morning shift to join our team at Lincoln Ristorante in New York, New York. As a Pasta Cook, you will prepare pasta dishes for our established guests and help deliver great guest experiences. Pay

$23.00 - $25.00 / hour

Physical requirements

• Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
• Manual dexterity is sufficient to chop, mix, blend, and whip a variety of foods and liquids
• Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
• Ability to frequently immerse hands in water
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
