Harris Teeter, LLC. is seeking a Full Time Deli Bakery Management Assistant (DLT) to assist in managing and supervising up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department.

This role supports the Department Manager with direction, coordination, and evaluation, and enforces Harris Teeter's policies and standards. You will help with bakery and deli duties, interview and train staff, plan and direct work, and address performance and customer service issues.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in and complete required training with the team.
• Completion of the Company's training including safety and department training.

Aufgaben

• Assist in managing up to 80 associates in Fresh Foods.
• Perform duties of baker/fryer, cake decorator, fresh foods clerk, or chef.
• Interview and train associates.
• Plan, assign, and direct work.
• Assess performance and address disciplinary actions; handle complaints.
