Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a Full Time Deli Bakery Management Assistant (DLT) to support the Fresh Foods Department. You will assist in supervising up to 80 associates and help direct the department’s daily operations under the Department Manager’s guidance.

The role includes interviewing and training staff, planning work, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Prior related experience and strong customer service skills are essential.
