Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to train and supervise up to 80 associates.
• Experience in deli/bakery operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of baker/fryer, cake decorator, fresh foods clerks, and chef.
• Interviewing and training associates.
• Planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Assist in appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining associates.
• Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
