Job summary

Harris Teeter, LLC. is seeking a Full Time Deli Bakery Management Assistant (DLT) to help supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department.

The role supports the Department Manager in directing, coordinating, and evaluating the department to meet Harris Teeter's standards and policies. The position involves interviewing and training staff, planning work, and addressing performance and customer issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 years related experience.
• Commitment to unparalleled customer service and excellent communication.
• Willingness to participate in mandatory training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Complete Company's training including new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and department manager training.
