Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Fresh Foods Supervisor to direct the deli/food service department and its staff to meet merchandising, sales and customer service goals.

This role requires at least 2 years of food service management, a love of food, strong teamwork, and the ability to train and coach employees while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. The position includes coordinating orders and inventory and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of food service management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, leadership and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise deli/food service department staff.
• Schedule and onboard new team members; coach and develop staff.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.
• Assist customers with product information and provide service.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and merchandising per guidelines.
