Global Partners LP is seeking a Fresh Foods Supervisor to direct the deli/food service department, oversee staff, and drive sales and customer service goals. The role requires 2+ years in food service management and a true passion for food and helping customers.

Qualifications

• Two years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a management role.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• A love of foods and a creative nature.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel and meet goals, communicating with store management and supervisors.
• On-board and coach new team members.
• Schedule all team members.
• Engage with customers and offer product information and sampling.
• Take orders and ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Order supplies to maintain stock and merchandising levels.
• Oversee deli/food service prep and merchandising across meals and snacks.
• Rotate items for quality, pricing and shrink control.
• Process paperwork and cash transactions.
