Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Fresh Foods Supervisor to direct the deli/food service department, supervise staff, and drive merchandising, sales, and customer satisfaction goals. The role requires 2+ years in fresh foods management and a passion for food and service.

Qualifications

• Two years prior experience in a fresh foods environment preferably in a management role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexibility to work weekend, holiday and/or evening shifts.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel to meet goals and communicate with store management.
• On-board and coach all new team members; schedule all staff.
• Engage customers with information, samples, and service quality.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Order supplies and manage inventory levels for deli/food service items.
• Oversee preparation, display, and rotation of deli foods; follow recipes.
• Process cash transactions and handle register operations accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized counters, prep areas, and cold storage.
