Job summary

Requires at least 2 years of food service management experience and a passion for food and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years prior experience in a fresh foods environment preferably in a management role.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel to meet goals and communicate with store management.
• On-board and coach new team members; schedule staff.
• Engage with customers, provide product information and selling suggestions.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation and merchandising; rotate items.
• Process cash transactions and manage pricing and signage.
