Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel to meet goals and communicate with store management and department supervisors.
• Onboard and coach new team members; schedule staff.
• Engage with customers with friendly service, provide product information and selling suggestions.
• Take customer orders and ensure on-time completion to satisfaction.
• Ensure department personnel follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Order products and supplies to maintain stock Levels and merchandising standards.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation and serving items across meals.
• Rotate items and manage inventory; maintain quality and shrink control.
