You will manage staff, coordinate food prep, and oversee daily activities in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you’ll drive sales through smart ordering, inventory control, and timely production while monitoring schedules and reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience in a leadership role in a kitchen or food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Oversee task execution, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Work with team to prepare and package products promptly to meet customer expectations.
• Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss, to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership on talent acquisition.
