Qualifications

• 1+ years of food management experience.
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Oversee task execution, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with team to prepare and package products promptly for customers.
• Understand financial reporting, including P&L, to drive business changes and opportunities.
• Assist leadership in talent acquisition efforts.
