Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• 1+ years management experience.
• 1+ years budgeting and P&L responsibilities.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Oversee task execution, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Work with team to prepare and package products to maximize customer service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to inform business changes.
• Collaborate with leadership in talent acquisition.
