Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Fresh Food Manager to lead the kitchen team and ensure efficient operation and high-quality food safety standards.

You will drive product sales through effective ordering, stocking, and inventory control while maintaining strong customer service. The role requires teamwork, timely reporting, and collaboration with leadership on talent acquisition.

Competenze

• 1+ years food management experience.
• 1+ years budgeting and P&L experience.
• 1+ years supervising 5+ employees.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required; may include motor vehicle check/DOT.

Mansioni

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Oversee task execution, schedule integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with team to prepare and package products to maximize customer service.
• Understand financial reporting, including P&L, to drive business changes and opportunities.
• Work with leadership on talent acquisition.
