Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Fresh Food Manager to lead our fresh kitchen, safeguarding safety, quality, and efficient food preparation.

You will supervise a team, drive sales through smart ordering, stocking, inventory, and timely packaging, and coordinate with leadership on talent and reporting.

Competenze

• 1+ years management experience.
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5 or more employees.

Mansioni

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Oversee task execution, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Work with team members to prepare and package products to maximize customer service expectations.
• Understand financial reporting including profit and loss statements to influence business decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership in talent acquisition.
