You will hire, train, and develop partners, ensure product quality and safety, manage inventory and merchandising, and lead initiatives to improve sales and customer service in a fast-paced environment. This 46-hour, full-time role requires leadership, safety compliance, and strong communication with store leadership.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field with 2+ years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting.
• Tobacco/Alcohol certification (TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE) within 2 weeks.
• Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks.
• AML certification within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fresh perimeter departments including bakery, deli, produce, and market.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of partners.
• Maintain product quality, safety, and inventory levels.
• Ensure planograms, signage, and promotions are executed.
• Monitor sales, labor, and costs to maximize profitability.
