Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a store operations leader to manage fresh perimeter departments including bakery, deli, produce, and market. You will ensure product quality, safety, and stock levels while driving merchandising and sales strategies.

You will also hire, train and coach team members, monitor performance, and uphold customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum an associate degree or equivalent experience in retail or related field.
• Two+ years of related experience in store operations or supervision.
• Ability to train, coach and develop partners across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage fresh perimeter departments (bakery, deli, produce, market).
• Ensure product quality, safety standards and inventory levels.
• Lead merchandising plans and store sales strategies.
