Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of related experience in retail management or supermarket leadership.
• Ability to lead and develop partners (team members) and manage daily store operations.
• Must obtain HIPAA, tobacco/alcohol certifications and manager food safety certification per LMS.

Responsibilities

• Manages fresh perimeter departments (bakery, deli, produce, market).
• Oversees training, scheduling, and performance reviews for partners.
• Monitors inventory levels, sales data, and labor costs to improve profitability.
• Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards across departments.
• Maintains store appearance, planograms, pricing accuracy, and customer service standards.
