Qualifikationen

• High school Diploma or GED required; two+ years related experience or higher education equivalent.
• Food safety and other certifications as specified.

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work; evaluate performance and address issues.
• Review historical data to predict sales from ads and promotions.
• Manage inventory and ensure in-stock levels using item management processes.
• Review P&L, sales, shrink and labor; report issues to upper management.
• Maintain and improve sales, financial results, product quality and work standards.
• Inspect product quality and ensure food safety; rotation and dating.
• Promote sales through suggestive selling and displays.
• Maintain stock conditions on grocery displays; check truck inventory and paperwork.
• Open/close the store; ensure adequate staff and safety; manage cash/assets.
• Deliver friendly, customer-service oriented assistance and respond to inquiries.
