Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Deli Clerk to assist customers and prepare fresh deli items in a fast-paced grocery environment. You will handle slicing, packaging, and presentation of deli products while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

The role requires friendly customer interactions, dependability, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. It includes opportunities for growth and a benefits program.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Dependable and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Able to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in making healthy food choices by preparing fresh and easy meals.
• Provide high level of customer service; ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented cleanly.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment following standards and procedures.
• Keep deli area clean, safe, and sanitary.
