Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Deli Clerk to assist customers with healthy food choices, prepare fresh meals, and maintain a clean, efficient deli area. You will handle packaging, product rotation, and special orders while operating deli equipment with attention to safety and quality standards.

The role requires a dependable, friendly individual who can work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and excel in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent, prior grocery/restaurant exposure preferred.
• Dependable with positive attitude and customer interaction skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; take direction well.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthy food choices by preparing fresh and easy meals.
• Ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, presented, and the area is clean.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain products and displays; prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely (slicer, ovens, etc.) and maintain equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe deli area and log product shipments and quality checks.
