The role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliability, and strong communication in a team-oriented environment. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is included.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in grocery, restaurant, or related field.
• Be dependable and reliable with an outgoing, friendly demeanor.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making healthy food choices by preparing fresh and easy meals.
• Provide high level customer service and ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and presented; keep the deli area clean.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays; prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely and maintain all equipment in good condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe deli area and follow safety and health regulations.
