Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma or related experience, and demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Friendly, outgoing attitude with strong customer interaction.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Good communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Strong safety and sanitation awareness; Food Handlers permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing healthy options and prepare fresh, easy meals.
• Ensure Deli items are properly prepared, packaged, displayed, and clean.
• Maintain and rotate products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely (slicers, ovens, microwaves, scales).
• Keep deli area clean, safe, and sanitary; remove spills and debris.
• Receive, inspect, and log product shipments for quality and temperature.
