Job summary

Qualifications
- BS/AS in Electronic Technology, Biomedical Technology, Computer Science or related field required.
- Bilingual in English and French; strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience with SQL, networking and MS Windows/Office is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional technical assistance to clients via telephone.
- Troubleshoot and repair Topcon products in house and at customers' sites.
- Offer remote support and clinical/technical guidance to customers and distributors.
- Escalate issues as needed and manage RMAs for repairs.
