Topcon Healthcare Inc. seeks a proficient Technical Support Specialist to join our Oakland, NJ headquarters team. You will deliver skilled technical assistance to customers, resolve inquiries, and support global projects on our imaging and diagnostic solutions.

The role is 100% onsite, requires French proficiency, and a background in electronics or computer science. You will work with distributors and employees to ensure excellent service and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• BS/AS in Electronic Technology or related field.
• Prefer Biomedical/ Electrical/ Mechanical basics.
• Fluency in English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical assistance to clients by phone and on-site.
• Troubleshoot and repair Topcon products in house and at customer sites.
• Provide remote support via internet or phone.
• Support technical and clinical needs for customers, distributors and employees.
