Job summary

Synthesia, a leading AI video platform, seeks a commercially sharp Solutions Consultant to validate value and drive adoption across prospects and customers. You will own technical wins, design high-impact use cases, and ensure first successful workflows that set the foundation for long-term growth.

You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Product, crafting pilots, demos, and proof points to demonstrate measurable business outcomes and to accelerate adoption and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and qualification with prospects and customers.
• Run structured discovery with senior stakeholders to uncover priorities, workflows, constraints, and success metrics.
• Qualify rigorously: assess fit, urgency, stakeholder commitment, and path to value before committing support.
• Surface adoption, technical, and organizational risks early to protect the deal and rollout.
• Own solution design and technical validation, translating needs into concrete validation plans.
• Design and run pilots, workshops, demos, and proof points with explicit success criteria and business outcomes.
• Connect Synthesia capabilities to customer KPIs such as efficiency, engagement, speed, and cost reduction.
• Lead value-focused conversations to reduce risk and build deal conviction.
• Deliver demos, workshops, and first-workflow experiences tailored to customer context.
• Create assets to demonstrate value: demos, pilot outputs, and launch plans.
• Position Synthesia against alternatives and handle objections with commercial credibility.
• Turn product interest into business conviction by showing fit and impact.
• Own onboarding path from signed deal to first live workflow and ensure rapid value.
