Synthesia, the AI video platform, seeks a Solutions Engineering Manager in NYC to lead and grow the presales team. You will hire, mentor, and guide SEs, owning discovery, demos, PoCs, and customer evaluations to accelerate opportunities and revenue.

This founding leadership role shapes regional strategy with cross-functional partners. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure consistent value storytelling, scalable demos, and effective win

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, managing, and developing presales teams.
• Ability to own the full employee lifecycle from hiring to promotions, across levels.
• Proven track record coaching SEs on discovery, demos, and PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Solutions Engineering team in NYC, from 5–10 SEs.
• Own forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and team performance reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to drive revenue outcomes.
