Job summary

Synthesia, a leading AI video platform, is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager in Austin to lead and scale the presales function. You will hire, develop, and coach a team of 5–10 Solutions Engineers, while staying hands-on on high-impact deals and shaping the regional playbook across discovery, demos, PoCs, and evaluations.

You'll partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to connect your team's work to revenue outcomes, own forecasting, and drive pipeline health in

• Proven ability to hire, ramp, and develop SEs.
• Track record of coaching and deal execution in presales.

Responsibilities
