Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Client Engagement professional in Texas to build and manage relationships with CIO peer groups and business leaders, guiding them to maximize the value of their Gartner subscriptions.

You will introduce Gartner services to new clients, communicate ROI to decision makers, and surface priorities through structured engagements, delivering high-value programs and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ months relevant professional/internship experience.
• Proven track record of success driven by delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with clients across IT, HR, and business functions to ensure Gartner subscription success.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
• Surface client priorities through calls/engagements and propose value-driven action plans.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to maximize client value and overcome obstacles.
• Conduct regular reviews of client book of business and performance metrics
