TheFork, part of the Tripadvisor Group, is hiring in the United States for a French-speaking sales role. After qualifying restaurants, you will reach out by phone to owners/managers to promote TheFork products and guide them through the sales cycle to publish listings online.

This permanent hybrid position offers 2 days remote work, international teams, health insurance, parental leave, and continuous learning opportunities to grow with us.

Formación

• Native in French and fluent in English.
• At least 1 year in telesales or prospecting by phone.
• Experience with CRM and managing a sales pipeline.
• Self-starter with a customer-oriented, results-driven mindset.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Contact restaurant owners/managers by phone after selecting in-scope restaurants.
• Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to present TheFork offerings.
• Propose and sell products and services (promotions, tools, widgets, training).
• Engage managers to explain features and benefits of TheFork Manager.
• Close deals and ensure restaurants are published on TheFork network.
