• Location-based eligibility to work in the U.S. (Honolulu, HI).

Responsibilities

• Generate and send daily customer invoices for freight and warehousing services.
• Review rates, fees, and surcharges to ensure alignment with contracts and tariffs.
• Process incoming payments (ACH, checks, credit cards) and apply receipts to accounts.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing inquiries or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with customer service, dispatch, and warehouse teams to confirm billable items.
• Prepare AR aging summaries and assist with month-end closing tasks.
