R+L Carriers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Dallas, TX Service Center. The CSR maintains positive relationships with customers, assists in tracking and monitoring freight movement, and uses retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and heard.

This role emphasizes timely freight tracing and collaboration with other terminals to resolve issues. Starting compensation is $22.07 per hour for a full-time position with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Ability to maintain composure and assist customers under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on service quality.
• Proficiency with Windows, Outlook and basic MS Office tools.

Responsabilités
