Job summary

R+L Carriers in Amarillo, TX is hiring a Customer Service Representative to maintain positive relationships with customers and assist colleagues in tracking freight movement. Starting pay is $18.76 per hour, with Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm schedule.

The CSR will use retention techniques to resolve issues, handle freight tracing, and support other terminals. The company offers a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with matching, paid vacation and access to employee resort

Qualifications
