Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at our Reno, NV Service Center. The CSR maintains positive relationships with customers and assists customers and other employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement, using retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and heard.

Daily freight tracing is performed and support is provided to other terminals as needed. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday shifts, a starting wage of $20.42 per hour, PTO after 90
