Job summary

TQL is hiring entry-level sales representatives in the United States, offering a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics. You will learn to negotiate freight deals, manage shipments end-to-end, and build a client book while earning base pay with uncapped commission.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of clients and shipments.
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
