BlueGrace Logistics is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to hunt, close, and onboard new freight business on-site at Riverview, FL. You will generate leads, qualify prospects, and present BlueGrace solutions across parcel, LTL, and dry truckload modes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of outside or B2B sales, a track record of meeting goals, strong communication and negotiation skills, and comfort selling in a hunter model with CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Hunter mentality with ability to close and onboard new accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new freight opportunities across parcel, LTL, and dry truckload.
• Meet with decision-makers to analyze supply chain needs and present BlueGrace solutions.
• Develop pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business.
• Coordinate handoff to Operations after LOA or credit approval and reload pipeline.
• Maintain a high-velocity outbound cadence and build a strong sales pipeline.
