The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales, experience in freight modes, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Experience selling across multiple freight modes (LTL, truckload, air, ocean, brokerage).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• CRM experience, HubSpot a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Generate new business through research and networking.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Cross-sell and upsell products and services.
• Collaborate with teams to drive growth and retention.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for new business and account growth.
