Job summary

Circle Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Freight Sales Executive to build a personal customer portfolio and drive revenue. You’ll focus on winning new business while our operations team handles freight execution for smooth handoffs.

Remote work is available for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone, with an option to work from Toledo, OH. Requirements include outbound prospecting experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities with CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of freight brokerage sales experience.
• Experience building a book of business or developing new clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and generating new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new shipper opportunities through cold calling and prospecting.
• Build a strong pipeline and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Present customized transportation solutions to address shipping challenges.
• Negotiate pricing and services while growing partnerships.
• Onboard new customers and coordinate with operations for seamless handoff.
• Be the primary contact for your portfolio and expand existing relationships.
• Track activity and pipeline in the CRM; meet sales targets.
