Radiant Global Logistics is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will sell our complete suite of freight forwarding, 3PL, customs brokerage, warehousing, and inventory management services across domestic and international lanes.

The role emphasizes aggressive growth, enterprise-level relationship building, and ongoing account expansion within your book of business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation.
• Deep understanding of freight forwarding operations including air, ocean, and domestic transportation modes.
• Hunter mentality with proven ability to prospect cold, build a pipeline, and close new logos.
• Strong commercial acumen—ability to analyze customer supply chains and articulate ROI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills from warehouse staff to C-suite.
• High proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and close new customers; build a robust pipeline.
• Present customized proposals, RFP responses, and rate quotes across service lines.
• Own onboarding handoff to operations for a seamless first shipment experience.
• Maintain CRM records and provide weekly/monthly forecasts; report on pipeline and performance.
