BlueGrace Logistics is expanding its Carrier Sales leadership in Tampa, seeking a Manager, Carrier Sales to lead and develop a team of Carrier Sales Representatives and own the carrier relationships that drive growth.

The role focuses on hiring, onboarding, and performance management, building a high-performance team, and aligning pricing strategy with market conditions across the region. Strong experience in carrier networks and load board management is required.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience selling freight as a carrier sales rep, with prior people-management experience preferred.
• Extensive carrier portfolio development and management experience.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy and the bid package process.
• Strong fundamental approach to load board management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Carrier Sales Representatives, from ramping new hires to building senior reps into future leaders.
• Drive carrier network strategy by strengthening relationships and prioritizing high-volume lanes and new onboarding.
• Partner with customer sales to coordinate pricing strategy and spot market opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and adjust regional strategy to maintain service coverage and freight movement.
