BlueGrace Logistics is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee and coach a team of Commercial Sales Executives. You will be responsible for developing your team, guiding them in crossing their sales hurdles, and improving their performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess significant sales management experience, an understanding of transportation and logistics, and a proven track record of coaching success. This role is on-site and requires candidates to have freight experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales management experience with demonstrated success in developing team members.
• Experience in transportation or logistics, including LTL, truckload, and parcel.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of Commercial Sales Executives.
• Conduct daily live-coaching calls and monitor activities.
• Run structured onboarding for new hires.
• Identify and close skill gaps through coaching.
• Direct daily rep activities and remove obstacles.
• Submit weekly coaching sheets and communicate performance objectives.
