Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Louisville, KY is seeking entry-level sales reps to build a career with an industry leader. No experience needed; you’ll receive paid, hands-on training in sales and logistics and help negotiate freight deals from pickup to delivery.

Expect a base compensation of $40,000–$50,000 in the first year plus uncapped commissions and strong earning potential. You'll compete in a fast-paced, in-office environment, develop relationships with customers and carriers, and

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training program in sales and logistics.
• Uncapped commission opportunity and six-figure potential after three years.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
